Therese Silo, born and raised in the Philippines, is an accomplished professional whose passion for learning and understanding human behavior has been the foundation of her career in talent acquisition. Justine Naguit is a Filipina Psychology graduate from St. Scholastica's College Manila with a strong passion for understanding human emotions and behavior. Her academic background and experience in Human Resources allowed her to work closely with employees from diverse personalities and situations, strengthening her emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to handle both positive milestones and challenging concerns with professionalism and empathy.
With a strong foundation in organization and people engagement, Justine now supports day-to-day operations and oversees the organization’s digital platforms, ensuring content remains updated, aligned, and actively engaged with its community. Her understanding of audience dynamics help maintain a steady and meaningful online presence while keeping internal processes running.
Outside of her career, Justine channels her passion into movement and mindfulness. She practices Muay Thai and yoga, and expresses herself freely through dance. When she needs to recharge, Justine finds peace at the beach, soaking in the beauty of nature, a perfect balance to her energetic and purpose-driven life.
